# Members and permissions

Manage who can access your organization and what they can do, under **Settings → Members**.

## Roles

* **Admin** - manage members, grids, and settings.
* **Viewer** - read-only access.

## Invite members

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the invite dialog">
    Click **Invite Members**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add email addresses">
    Enter one or more email addresses - separate them with Space, Enter, or Comma.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a role">
    Pick **Viewer** (default) or **Admin**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send">
    Click **Invite**. Each person receives an invitation to join your organization.
  </Step>

## Manage members

* **Change a role** - use the **Role** dropdown on an active member's row. You can't change your own
  role or demote the last remaining Admin.
* **Remove a member** - click the remove icon and confirm. They lose access immediately and need a
  new invitation to rejoin.
* **Revoke an invitation** - on a pending invite, click the revoke icon and confirm. The invite link
  is invalidated immediately.
